How do i use active x ole ocx in fnxbasic?

If you don't know what ole ocx is
It is a 32bit replacement for 16 bit vbx visual basic extension

can i use Ole Control eXtension in FNX basic

Without using Internet explorer Or any of its libraries

Active X came before ie
